3% COMMISSION PAID AT FIRST CONSTRUCTION DRAW

At Boss & Mennie, we put great value in our relationships with buyers' agents, and we are always soliciting the cooperation of licensed Realtors® in selling our custom homes. We are pleased to offer qualified Realtors® a referral fee of 3 percent of the final Purchase Agreement sales price on all qualified Realtor® referral buyers. We typically pay commission at the first construction draw, which is normally when the slab is poured. To qualify for the Boss & Mennie Custom Builders Realtor® Referral Program the buyers’ agent must submit a completed Client Registration Form.
